Simon Usiskin is responsible for the success of the SPILL group game portals and determines the strategy for the portals with a distinct focus on their growth. Simon manages a team of Channel Managers, Portal Developers and Online Marketers and works closely with the Affiliate Director to maintain good relationships with SPILL group's partners and the Business Development Director looking at new opportunities.

Prior to SPILL group, he has worked in a variety of roles in the broadcast media and online industries, possessing a wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts worldwide; until January 2008, he was running the online division of 2waytraffic.

SPILL group operates more than 40 online game portals throughout the world. Every month more than 75 million people visit and play games on the portals. With headquarters based in Hilversum, the Netherlands, the company is expanding rapidly and now has offices in China (Shanghai) and Poland. Each portal offers more than 4,000 free online games in all genres and the company has partnerships with the best game publishers and developers in the world in addition to producing its own content and games.
